When I photograph objects, I am drawn to gritty and uneven textures, contrasts in forms, and low depth of field.

 

Some images are from my travels while others capture moments throughout my daily life. I am hoping to get a micro lens soon to explore how micro worlds echo patterns at a larger scale, like how tree bark can inform our understanding of a finger print.
